Jerry Grunzinger, Managing Director of Building Consultants, has over 30 years of experience in the development, design, and construction industry.
In his experiences, Mr. Grunzinger has participated and lead the architecture, design, development, and construction of project types including: fulfillment centers, industrial/warehouse, office, hospitality, institutional, entertainment & casino, government/military, medical and retail.
Mr. Grunzinger is a practicing registered architect. He is a graduate of the University of Kansas School of Architecture conferred with a Five-Year Bachelor of Architecture degree.
